Sunday, March 30, 2014

Recently theres a hype over the sample store! So i jumped onto the bandwagon too!!!

Look at the cute packaging! Haha.

I got the La Roche-Posay melt in bb cream
Pardon my just woke up bare face! Haha.

Oki, so......
Before application,

And, 5 dots on the face...

Spreading... 20% blending out... 50% dabbing... 80% patpat.... 100% Completed and results....
I waited for 15 min for the bb cream to melt in and the tone is still the same....

(+) the consistency is kinda watery : easy application. It almost felt like holika holika aqua petite bb.
(+)Fragrance free ! Yay
(+) spf 50 PA+++ (the more + the better! )

(-) not for tanned ppl like me! Sobs
(-) And it has this smell(prolly coz its fragrance free duh. Haha)

Verdict : well i wont buy it. Unless they come out with a darker tone! Haha.
I removed it after 30min coz i didnt wanna walk out of house looking like my typical kampong aunts back in Thailand who slap baby powder on their face! Thanks sample store for this amazing concept and deal so girls can try the product before head diving into buying the products.

Magic potion, WHUT?
Thursday, March 27, 2014

I used to have a lot of blogs but i guess i should start a brand new one in case someone decides to dig shit out from my old post and start slamming me for what I've done when i was barely 15 ya? HAHA.

Alright, I'm gonna start off my first post with my sudden new obsession (which i think everyone is pretty familiar with) - apple cider vinegar. This magic potion is like the cure to everything. Its super amazing, from being a conditional to a toner and a scar lightener, to an air freshener, teeth whitener and even a weight lost miracle water. You heard me girls, and its so damn cheap.

1) As acne buster : well people around me knows tt im plagued with complexion problems.(trust me when I say this, I know sometimes when girls say this and you look at their photo and you go.... whut? you call tt bad complexion?!) I have the world's most dreaded complexion - dry on the surface but super oily on the inside. So i dn normally get surface pimple. I get those under your epidermis. And omg there is no head for you to pop. Though a lot of people dont recommend popping pimples coz it "pushes" the bacteria deeper, but sometimes you just cant help it ya?!

Oki, just mix
a) 1part ACV
b) 3 or 2 parts water(depending on ur preference of the acidity)

- Our face tips towards the acidic ph scale so ACV actually balances our facial ph.

Just dap on those problematic spot and leave it overnight and see the results for yourself! Its rlly amazing. Or as toner, just spread it across ur face. And wash it off after 15min with cold water!! Then proceed with ur moisturizing step.

2) as conditional : well similarly, you can actually google for the recipe, you normally would find it coupled with baking soda! BUT, I personally do not recommend using baking soda as your shampoo because baking soda has like a ph of 10, which is SUPER ALKALINE. You wouldnt wanna destroy your hair with it. even after dilution, its still super alkaline and even if you argue that i balance it out with ACV, but the damage has already been done! T.T However, if baking soda shampoo works for you then go ahead, because one solution wouldnt fit all! :)

Just mix
a) 1 part vinegar
b) 2-3 part water

You can pre-soak the end of your hair first then tip your head back slightly, and pour it slowly. Likewise you can use a spray bottle and spray it sparingly all over your hair!
For me I like to use those sports drink bottle with the sucking tip(Sound so wrong but you get what i mean!) it regulates the flow out of the bottle so i dont waste my magic conditional.

- Your hair will smell like ACV however you can put a few drops of (organic)aromatic oil to cover the smell.

I will do a review after like a month of using ACV as my toner and my conditional! but I can say my face is really clearing up!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use RAW/ORGANIC ACV.
It defeats the purpose if you use those processed ones! The chemical is what we wanna steer clear of!!

Pictures soon, till then darlings!! :)
